VIPHOST NZ – Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 8 August 2025

These terms apply to all bookings made through VIPHOST NZ.

1. Booking Confirmation Your booking is confirmed once the administration fee is paid. This fee covers processing only. The full fare will be quoted separately based on your location and destination.

2. Payments An upfront non-refundable administration fee is required to confirm your booking. The remaining fare is payable in cash or as agreed upon service delivery.

3. Cancellations and Refunds You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. The admin fee is non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to additional charges.

4. Service Delivery We aim to arrive on time. However, unforeseen delays (e.g. traffic, flight changes) may affect timing. VIPHOST NZ is not liable for delays caused by external circumstances.

5. Special Assistance If you require mobility support or special care, please specify this when booking to allow us to prepare accordingly.

6. Limitation of Liability While we take every measure to ensure a safe and smooth experience, VIPHOST NZ is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury caused by unforeseen events beyond our control.
